A man who was allegedly under the influence of drugs when his car struck and seriously injured a pedestrian was in court yesterday. 53-year-old Christopher Boyle pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. At the time of his arrest, Boyle had an active warrant for his arrest after he repeatedly failed to appear on unrelated charges. Lilianne Tang, who was struck by Boyle’s car was last reported to be in Fair condition and out of intensive care.
