Morro Bay PD Nab Burglary Suspects

Morro Bay Police say two people they believe are responsible for a rash of Central Coast burglaries are behind bars. It began with a report of a vehicle burglary last month. The suspects were driving a Dodge minivan at the time. Last week police spotted the minivan and the suspects at a Motel 6 in Morro Bay. Lindsay Nunes was taken into custody, but Christopher Nunes fled. He was picked up by Atascadero Police the next day. Some of the stolen property from the burglaries has been returned to the victims.
