Santa Barbara County has added another 28 new cases of COVID-19. San Luis Obispo County also added to its total by including another 22 cases. Meanwhile, San Luis Obispo County officials are optimistic that classrooms K-thru-12 are expected to reopen and be ready for full in-person learning by fall.
