People’s Self-Help housing in San Luis Obispo County has applied for and received approval on two loans totaling more than 300,000 dollars to help build affordable housing. Officials say the funds will help construct 10 homes in San Miguel and 15 new homes in Nipomo. Applications for the new homes should be available later this year.
