There will be a large multi-agency presence at Grover Beach Elementary School this morning. Police officers from Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, and Pismo Beach will be holding training exercises this morning until 5 this evening. California State Parks, the Five Cities Fire Authority, Cal Fire and the Lucia Mar Unified School District will also take part in the training, meant to enhance communication during a critical event. A second day of training is scheduled for Saturday.
