Gas Prices are on the rise again. According to Triple-A, Nationwide prices at the pump have jumped an average of 22 cents a gallon from last month. Experts blame the recent OPEC cut in production and a rise in the cost per barrel of crude. On the Central Coast, San Luis Obispo County is averaging 5.15 a gallon. In Santa Barbara County it’s 4.92 a gallon.
