Atascadero Police say two Paso Robles men were arrested after trying to pass a bad check on Monday. According to the press release, one of the suspects fled the Machanics Bank on El Camino Real after trying to cash a forged check. An officer saw a vehicle leaving the area in a hurry and performed a traffic stop. Both suspects then fled on foot. Police caught up with 30-year-old Isaac Taberez and 23-year-old Sebastian Yciano. Yciano is facing several drug and weapons charges. Taberez was arrested and released.
