The two men accused in the Kristin Smart murder case have a trial date. Paul Flores and his father have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them. Paul, who is alleged to be the last person to see Kristin alive, is charged with murder. Ruben Flores is charged with being an accessory after the fact. Their trial date has been set for April 25, 2022. According to the Tribune, one of Paul Flores’ defense attorneys plans to file a motion in January to dismiss the case.
